Shipping and Returns
- Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business day.
- We primarily use FedEx SmartPost and FedEx ground for our shipping.

- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
- Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge.

- If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time.
Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
Kiss My Face is happy to replace an item with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days.
- If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the item (If the order qualified for free shipping).
- If you would like an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with delivering the new item(s).
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
- Obtain a product return (PR) number by calling Customer Service, 845-360-2060, Monday – Friday, 9:00-5:00, EST.
Include the PR number in the following return shipping address:

- Credit: 2-3 weeks upon receipt and inspection KMF will issue a refund of the purchase price paid less any coupons, shipping charges and gift fees, if applicable.
- If the returned item is $20 and the transaction used a 10% off coupon, $18 will be refunded.
- If the merchandise being returned causes the original order total to fall below the amount of a free shipping offer, the value of our Free Shipping promotion will be deducted.
- Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. KMF is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
